The Stage 2 project completes the Aria Bay Retirement Village development. It is made up of 52 Apartments, interior and exterior communal spaces, a café/restaurant, and utilities required to provide the ultimate in wellness and independent living.
The Aria Bay retirement village project involved the construction of a 3-level facility with 57 rooms for both standard rest home and dementia care, with a vibrant shared outdoor space.
The Gulf Rise Lot H project consists of an apartment building with 20 boutique 1&2 bedroom apartments, landscaped gardens, a community Pavilion and Glasshouse.
Achieving the team’s long term objective of being defect free at practical completion, the Metlifecare Greenwich Gardens development involved the construction of four 5 level buildings, each comprising of a basement car park and 4 levels of apartments (96 in total) and associated civil/landscape works.
The Metlifecare Pinesong Village Project covered the demolition of an existing 3 storey apartment and then the new build of a 7 storey building of 48 apartments and a basement.
