In February 2019 we conducted our first employee engagement survey and, while there are always improvements that can be made, we are very pleased with our initial results. Some of the results include:

The Southern Initiative

We are a Southern Initiative Maori and Pasifika Trades Training Consortium signatory and have entered into an agreement with G&H Training and our preferred subcontractors to offer opportunities for apprentice candidates. Each recruit is given a mentor who is responsible for providing ongoing support and formal training programmes.

Every dollar raised goes towards Lifewise’s work towards ending homelessness.

The Great Construction Debate

2018 – Sponsorship of The Great Construction Debate – Coordinated by the Property Council, this event provided an opportunity for experienced industry leaders, contractors and clients/consultants to gather with 250 attendees to discuss the current barriers, challenges, opportunities and potential solutions for the New Zealand construction industry.
