New apartment development for the elderly and war widows.  The 22 bedroom building  has been split into 2 blocks.

The street frontage block contains only 4 apartments and has the central lift and stairs. This street frontage block is 2 storey’s high, the smaller massing and scale reflecting the surrounding residential houses.

The rear block is 3 levels. contains 18 apartments and is positioned lower down the site. Private gardens and protected community courtyard space links the two blocks. On the external elevations, timber weather boards and precast concrete panels cast in a weather board pattern have been used, to reflect the residential site and setting.
