Our Directors
NZ Strong’s directors, Shane Brealey and Jamie Vallance, have a combined total of 65 years’ experience in the building sector. Their knowledge is highly valued throughout the New Zealand construction industry.
Before founding NZ Strong in 2004, Jamie and Shane honed their skills in large corporates. Stepping into private enterprise was a natural progression that allowed them to harness the full extent of their abilities.
Sharing a pragmatic, uncomplicated approach to construction, our directors are firmly ‘hands on’ in the business. Every project benefits from their wisdom and experience.
Shane served three years (2007-9) as an industry expert on a Government Steering Group and was a BRANZ board member for five years from 2006.
