The Metlifecare Pinesong Village Project covered the demolition of an existing 3 storey apartment and then the new build of a 6 story building of 48 apartments.
NZ Strong were engaged in an ECI phase prior to the commencement of the project. This resulted in good continuity of work once site was established.
Stakeholder management was integral in the management and delivery of work, particularly the importance of accommodating of the existing village residents and operations, ensuring that it continued to operate with as little interruption as possible.
