Design and build of a new 5 Star green rated primary school on a greenfields site for the Ministry of Education. Hingaia Peninsula School (years 0-8) will be New Zealand's first green star built school. It has been cost-planned to a set budget on an open-book basis. NZ Strong has established all major set services for this rural site, including a new transformer and pumping stations.
