Lynn Mall Expansion

This was a challenging project with a short construction programme and required a very efficient start. As part of the structural design “creep” a major re-vamp of the construction programme was required. The site management team utilised connections/relationships with subcontractors to create and agree an accelerated programme whilst ensuring no costs were incurred as a result

All of the client’s operational requirements were met with CCC achieved prior to practical completion.  Construction was coordinated in, over and around a live, existing shopping mall.  Regular, clear communication and planning ensured no disruptions to mall operations.
